I've never understood why people who don't want fish to taste like fish eat fish when there are so many other types of meat to choose from.

Let’s clear something up: SNAP stands for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program — the LARGEST federal program to fight hunger in the country!
It blows my mind that the party that touts its “Christian values” is the same party that is SET on taking food from the hungry.

Universal health care is the norm in every other first world country. The U.S. prefers private insurance companies that exist to make profit, not to ensure the health of the American people. We need to elect leaders who support Americans -not corporations and profit-makers.

The so-called “woke mind virus” is simply compassion. Beware those who think it’s a bad thing.

Orwell’s “Animal Farm,” a short, succinct burst of brilliance that you can finish in a day, should be required reading at all age levels at this stage.

Sometimes I'm gripped by the fact that it's such a struggle for many people to simply exist, and yet we now have the means, more than ever before, to give everyone at least a decent existence. But then some shareholders wouldn't become super-wealthy. Such an utterly avoidable tragedy.

I'm not a political analyst so I'm probably way off base but it seems to me the more Democrats fight Republicans on literally everything, the more voters who hate what Republicans are doing and will do will vote for them, and the more they acquiesce into bipartisanship, the less that will happen.
