I have a spin on this.

What if the director of the FBI doesn't know how our laws work?
Kash Patel: "You cannot bring a firearm, loaded, with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want. It's that simple. You don't have a right to break the law." (Pretti was carrying a gun legally.)

All of this is fucking senseless. Minnesota did not have an immigration problem. Trump sent his Nazi thugs here because he's racist against Somali people and to own libs like Tim Walz. Now two Minnesotans are dead and Minneapolis is on the verge of going up in flames. None. Of. This. Was. Necessary.

This ass is picking a fight with, (checks notes) yup says right here, America's oldest ally.
Rep. Greg Steube: "You see Macron and the French sending troops to Greenland. I would love to see the US military up against French troops in Greenland, because it would not last very long. It would be a very small skirmish ... we don't care about what Macron and the French want."

WSJ investigation: In the past 6 months ICE agents have fired at vehicles 13 times, leading to:

* 8 people shot
* 5 of which were U.S. citizens
* 2 died
* no victims drew a weapon

The playbook: Agents box in a vehicle, block attempts to flee, then fire

Videos Show How ICE Vehicle Stops Can Escalate to Shootings
A WSJ visual investigation found that the Minneapolis ICE killing is one of 13 incidents where federal immigration agents have used deadly force against civilians in vehicles since July.

We literally live in the dumbest timeline.
The Norwegian Nobel Prize committee has been forced to make a statement, declaring that the prize cannot be transferred.
It's hard even to comprehend how stupid this has become

Senator Kelly is correct.

Plus a Public Service Announcement:

KEY section of Department of Defense's Law of War Manual is 18.3.2.1.

The VERY rule on the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders gives as its paradigmatic example of what is "clearly illegal:
"orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

O'DONNELL: Why did you pardon Changpeng Zhao?

TRUMP: Are you ready? I don't know who he is

O'DONNELL: His crypto exchange Binance helped facilitate a $2b purchase of World Liberty Financial's stablecoin. And they you pardoned him.

TRUMP: Here's the thing -- I know nothing about it

I'm a big no on this behavior.
The FBI director is flying his girlfriend around on private government planes while FBI agents go without paychecks and families prepare to go hungry as SNAP benefits are being suspended
Patel's girlfriend performed at Penn State last weekend. A government jet arrived at State College Regional Airport, according to its FAA registration, with an address listing the FBI HQ. The plane then flew to Nashville, where his girlfriend lives.

All on the taxpayer’s dime.

While we are tearing the Whitehouse down and rolling tanks into our own communities, I just wanted to ask:

When do we get Greenland?

I haven't forgotten how important that was to these guys. I for one need Greenland to still be a distraction.

I'm old enough to remember last week when this was a thing...
PM of Albania having a good laugh with President of Azerbaijan and Macron about Trump repeatedly claiming that he ended the war between their two countries which were not at war with each other.
October 2, 2025 at 12:11 PM
Didn't even hint at it. He just said it.

Donald and Pete seem to want a war with America itself.
Trump: "The ones that are run by radical left Democrats -- what they've done to San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles. They're very unsafe places & we're gonna straighten them out one by one. This is gonna be a major part for some people in this room. That's a war too. It's war from within"

Remember folks these guys believe their greatest enemy is the enemy within:

“authorizing full force, if necessary to handle domestic terrorists”

They are placing sitting armies in our cities and loosening the rules of engagement.

Clearly spoiling for a fight amongst us.
Hegseth: "We unleash overwhelming and punishing violence on the enemy. We also don't fight with stupid rules of engagement. We untie the hands of our warfighters to intimidate, demoralize, hunt, and kill the enemies of our country. No more politically correct and overbearing rules of engagement."

This one is festering for me:

When you take away primary sources of income from rural hospitals, which the administration was warned they were doing, (aka removing Medicare/Medicaid subsidies) the hospitals can't stay open.

the first amendment is absolutely what makes our constitution powerful.

We have to continue to find ways to disagree. Boldly and like neighbors.

The violence isn't reserved for 1 side, it will consume us all.

Outrageous.
“…I am infuriated that the Air Force plans to grant military funeral honors to Ashli Babbitt. She did not die defending the Constitution. She died trying to overturn it.”

Honoring Ashli Babbitt Dishonors the Military
If there’s no difference between upholding the Constitution and attacking it, then there’s no honor in service.

To be clear, that's a pretty big show of force picking up a guy who a: said he would come in, and b: is charged with sandwich related crimes.

Honestly, it has the opposite effect they think it has. These guys are terrified of us.
The White House posted an insane video of the police arresting the sandwich guy in a safe and wealthy neighborhood.

Definition of a military coup:
Violent overthrow of a government by its military.

We are officially at the point where the US government is overthrowing our state and local governments.

This ends only one way my friends.
Kristi Noem: "We are not going away. We are staying here to liberate the city from the socialists and the burdensome leadership that this governor and that this mayor have placed on this country and what they have tried to insert into the city."

Sen. Alex Padilla is then forcibly removed!

A hidden 10 point tax on business or consumers, or both. Maga, the party of inflation and higher taxes.
Lutnick: "We do expect a 10 percent baseline tariff to be in place for the foreseeable future ... what happens is the businesses and the countries primarily eat the tariff."

Yup
I will say it again: If we make it through this dark period with democracy intact, it may be because the administration's incompetence was greater than its depravity.
So, uh, it certainly looks like DOJ intended to file a letter to Judge Liman in MTA v. Duffy, but….it accidentally filed a letter containing its legal advice to the Department of Transportation instead
