Working for whom? Because I use the MTA express bus to go from Brooklyn to work in Midtown and it’s almost doubled my commute. Traffic on the BQE has been abysmal bc drivers avoiding Manhattan. Though I guess this was always the point: Manhattan matters, boroughs don’t.
