This is unreal. I was thinking earlier in the week that they couldn’t be this stupid, but I guess that’s on me.
Yesterday, an amended complaint was filed in Lentini v. DOGE, a case in which the plaintiffs allege that Musk/DOGE have violated the Federal Advisory Committee Act.

The plaintiffs claim that Musk, while taking credit for DOGE’s activities, “is not the USDS administrator.”
