This is what P.S. did to me last Sept. I went to employee relations to better my relationship with the boss. It backfired on me and I was fired within the month. I asked for help because the boss kept targeting me as being disrespectful when I have ADHD. I literally got fired because she hated me.
Something I learned from interviewing survivors of abuse and institutional betrayal is that by being willing to identify a problem, you are often treated as the problem. The institution will try to get rid of you instead of the problem. To me, this also speaks to the way the left is treated broadly
