This is so exciting! Congratulations. I was at a performance yesterday and they shared a poem about a "lake" on the moon, Mare Marginis. Your post made me think of it.

I agree that race is a social construct and malleable, but I feel as if in this article, race and citizenship are used interchangeably and it's missing some nuances regarding the differences between structurally imposed boundaries and intersubjective experiences.
