I typically cut up a lot of fruit and eat it throughout my time studying - I always need to be doing something with my hands so it helps me concentrate. I make fruit bowls with apples, oranges, pineapple, raspberries, kiwi, and sometimes banana. It fills and fuels me!

There are so many snacks that appeal to children; twinkies being one of them. However, parents have a huge influence on that- if they don't usually eat sweets, this wouldn't appeal! (also, they don't meet nutritional standards for children.)

I've learned that progress is not linear. It's up, down, backwards, forwards. Just like Tom, my patient may have two bad days and then a week of great ones, or vise versa. But when you see progress, it motivates you to keep going!

In James Corden's response, he mentions how poverty is linked to childhood obesity - although he jokes about it, it's completely true. This goes for people of all ages tho. I never thought about it in that aspect. Makes sense, organic fruits/veggies are doubled in price!
