Technically Nintendo has Tetris Attack's original version on their online service (as Panel de Pon) but it doesn’t have the various Yoshi's Island characters, and that means it doesn't have this adorably disinterested yellow Yoshi.

I always felt bad for that one enemy soldier running alongside the speeding train in the mine stage of Gunstar Heroes. He's just trying to get away! Why aren't you helping him, Gunstar Red and/or Blue?

So did the script intend to reveal that John was a spy all along, and did the translation muddle that by implying that Snake merely fought a fake version of him? That would explain why Snake never bothers looking for the real John afterwards, and why John's records get covered up at the end.
