Setting a new fitness goal and meeting it is tough. Im going for at least 8500 steps for 5 days and then 2 complete rest days. Hopefully I can get to 10,000 steps for those 5 days. I am finding that the hardest part is reaching the 8500 steps. Getting to 10,000 from there is easy.
