We absolutely need a Special Enrollment for both Medicare Advantage and Marketplace plans when there is network disruption. Or a rule that requires all provider contracts to renew by October 1 for a January 1 effective date. I cannot even begin to explain the harm network can cause to enrollees.

Medicaid pays for 62% of all nursing home care in the U.S.

I cannot imagine giving up FB messenger. Not happening.
