Why is there a pull tab arbitration clause?? Has anyone tested the validity of this? This seems akin to a browserwrap more so than a clickwrap arb clause.

Jules Feiffer completely innovated political cartoons, expanding beyond one-panel punchlines and visual tropes by featuring ordinary people, often in monologue, being riled, resigned, grousing—and dancing.

Straight up one of the best to ever do it.

RIP Jules Feiffer. I enjoyed reading his cartoons in the Washington Post as a kid. Even if most of the content went over my head, I gravitated to his deceptively simple line work.

If you want to learn about repro law, my posts may be for you. But I promise you, if you’re in the “Blue Crew” or have “NO Dem Under 5K” or “FBR” in your profile, my posts are not for you. At some point you’re going to annoy me or I’m going to annoy you, so let’s just end it now. Please unfollow me.

Interesting discussion. Which is easier: creating a trustworthy QA process to manage an AI-powered police report drafting tool, or otherwise improving the quality of human-drafted police reports?

Much of the discourse I see / read about #techpolicy is framed as how to rein in the dark impulses of a runaway industry. Where can I find positive visions of policy frameworks to incentivize the kinds of tech advancements we think would benefit society?

@rapperbigpooh.bsky.social I've found strong tech policy, digital rights, and political news communities on BlueSky. But I really need Commanders and Wizards Twitter to make the pilgrimage over here as well. Tips on how to make that happen? #FortheDistrict #RaiseHail
