Today, we express our gratitude to all those who have defended our country and to the families of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.

Every veteran who defends this nation must get the quality health care and benefits they have earned and receive the respect they deserve.

Voting is your right—don’t let anyone prevent you from exercising it.

Early voting has already started in many states. If you have problems at the polls, remember you can call or text the Election Protection Hotline for support.

#NoKings in Farmington Hills, MI. At least 1,000 protestors turned out from what I've seen and heard, and it stretched for at least half a mile!

Someday soon, I'm going to invest in a music player that allows for CDs and vinyl records, plus a USB port for anything digital. Physical media is still prime media.

Vaccines are safe and effective.

Autism isn't caused by vaccines, and autistic people and their families deserve our support.

When you want information, ask your doctor.

It's more important than ever for all of us to speak plainly, truthfully, and directly about public health.

Trump hates to be the object of humor. He understands that humor can be a more powerful antidote to tyranny than any other form of criticism.

I'm sure he'd hate it if you shared this cartoon. [Cartoon by Jon Adams/The New Yorker]

For the generals yesterday, resistance meant total silence. And I thank them for it. But for the rest of us, silence is cowardice. Silence in the face of this daily onslaught against democracy, the rule of law, pluralism, the Constitution, and basic human decency is utter cowardice.

I find this focus on autism very disturbing. Not only are autistic people being referred to as broken, they are being seen as unable to function in society. It is yet another push to try and force those who don't fit the norms to change, rather than society to change to include them

I'm not sure why so many people think autism is automatically bad and that autistic people need to be "fixed". Non-verbal autism is common, but being non-verbal does not mean they can't communicate or have a lack of thought or understanding. Stop infantilizing autistic people

I wish people would stop fixating on causes and cures for Autism and neurodiversity more broadly. It's time people listen to us, especially Neurodivergent people of color, women and others who are often excluded. Let actually Autistic and Neurodivergent people take the lead. This shouldn't be hard.

Remember: If we allow ourselves to fall into fatalism, or wallow in disappointment, or become resigned to what is rather than what should be, we will lose the long game.

The greatest enemy of positive social change is cynicism about what can be changed.

We shouldn’t be disparaging how anyone chooses to keep safe right now. That’s going to be very individual and must be respected for the forseeable future. Don’t tell people their risk assessment is bogus. No one knows what they’re doing, and what you’re doing might not be best for someone else

Every major talent that works for ABC and Disney should refuse to show up for work until Jimmy Kimmel is reinstated.

Marvel movies need to shutdown. Ditto the sitcoms.

Collective boycott.

Corporations love money more than anything,& this will harm them and force them to do the right thing.
