There's going to be a lot in 2026. We knew 2025 was only the start and the news will be non-stop. I will be trying my absolute best to continue creating and posting art. This is not an attempt to ignore everything going on, but an attempt at balance.

Just in case anyone out there feels like they shouldn’t post art - please do. The constant bullshit from the news is difficult but we can’t allow all of that to stop us from making art and sharing it. That’s all I have to say rn - am planning to enjoy the rest of my weekend working on sketches.

I always love seeing deer when I'm out walking, even if they are super common. It can be exciting seeing an animal you didn't expect to see, especially if it's closer than you expected...

For those of you who used watercolor paints with individual pans, what do you do to make sure they don't get all over during transport? I just got some kuretake gansai tambi paints as an early birthday group and don't want to lose or damage my colors going to/from my dorm.
