The disabled community has already felt this devaluation, especially with prominent public health experts saying that we must accept when vulnerable people “fall by the way side” so we can return to “normal”.

I worry that AI use in medicine suffers from the "garbage in, garbage out" problem. All the racism, sexism, ableism etc interwoven into medicine helped train the AI model, so that bias is incorporated into the output. Eg AI suggestions for note writing train on notes where women just have "anxiety"
