The fact that a second strike like that in an armed conflict is definitely a war crime should not completely negate the fact that *there is no war* and ALL the strikes are cold-blooded murder. The whole chain of command are murderers.

This is crazy, the Washington DC police are now essentially assigned to protect the National Guard, thought they were sent to protect the residents, which is actually the police's job, now they have to coordinate with the Guard, maybe if they would just let the police do their job, how about that?
