It's such a good hook into getting kids to see the relevance of history to their lives now, by looking at his political and social legacy pieces, and then making civics seem almost interesting because they get a real understanding of how our constitution is set up and government functions.

This is a great article. I vividly remember learning about the Whitlam dismissal in high school and it sparking a passionate sense of injustice and interest in civics and history for me - teaching my students about it always seemed to spark a few kids every year.

we should not be letting any company get away with blaming AI for their failures. I'm not even sure how we got to this point. people are like "it's just a tool" okay so is a forklift and we still hold somebody responsible when it goes wrong and hurts someone. this is YOUR AI!
