Last night I made a sauce with 2 cans of minced clams, the whites of 4 aging green onions, oyster mushrooms, green beans, butter, garlic, and white wine vinegar. Served it over summer squash zoodles. I have a serving of clam sauce left over.

3 servings
14 oz. Kielbasa
3 medium turnips
12 petite carrots
1/2 of small cabbage
Cover turnips & carrots in water. Season with s and p
Layer on kielbasa, then cabbage. Season again
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 mins
Drizzle veggies with olive oil
