I hope that someday those responsible for this will be held accountable. I worry that they won’t be and that we will all suffer the consequences of the selfishness of those currently in political power.

This is heartbreaking. As a School Committee member during Covid, I relied heavily on information provided by the TH Chan School of Public Health and its scientists to guide our decisions. Seeing these institutions attacked for political reasons is sad, terrifying, and enraging.

Thanks for sharing! This will be great to include in courses where we analyze lead. Especially for lower level courses where we haven’t covered reading scientific style papers yet.

Think about dividing the cost by the number of times you will wear them. Sometimes spending more up front is actually a better long-term investment if you an swing the up front cost. Plus, comfortable, quality footwear is worth extra, imo.
