My friend Rachel has been a park ranger for the twenty years I've known her. Worked at a lot of them, including Yosemite.
Ray shattered her leg rescuing a hiker who'd fallen onto a ledge during a hike gone wrong. The recovery was long and painful. The hiker lived.
These people deserve protecting.

When 47 verbally attacked and threatened Governor Mills of Maine, I felt triggered. My biological father used to speak in a similar manner, always threatening and demeaning, especially toward women.
