It strikes me as an odd move to be taxing (NI) pension contris over 2k when they know a LOT of people with workplace pensions already don’t have sufficient funds for retirement. 2k is less than 200 quid a month. Why not tax the millionaires and large corps more equitably instead of ordinary Jo?
