I believe the Earth is actually a custard filled globe, hardened by fire and caramel along the upper crust. Yes, I have founded the Flan Earth Society. I even wrote some stories about it. It's decent flan fiction.

The more educated we become, the more empathetic we are (statistically speaking).
Empathy helps us stay curious to learn, rather than be fueled by hate.
They want us dumb, poor & hateful. A dumb, divided society is a controlled society.
