In het derde kwartaal zijn opnieuw minder woningen opgeleverd dan in dezelfde periode vorig jaar. In het eerste half jaar werd al het kleinste aantal nieuwbouwhuizen opgeleverd sinds 2018. Het aantal bouwvergunningen voor woningen steeg wel.
