Someone, somewhere needs photos of mother sloth Fiona with baby Quint clutching her chest, and nearby father Riley.

Usually the sloths are just asleep in the trees at @rwpzoo.bsky.social, but last week, they were climbing around all over the place!

Highly recommend this level of cuteness 🦥

It was June/July. Sunny, calm, idyllic weather. We wondered how in the world gigantic ships could have run into each other?

Then one day, I woke up, went out on deck and *holy shit* the fog was so thick, I couldn't even see the water over the side of the ship.

Incredible. There isn't even a little red Rep checkmark on the @apnews.com results table legend and it seems very unlikely the MN & TX elections won't go Dem.

I made this feed ages ago, not really knowing what I was doing. Now I try to figure out how half the posts make it on the list.

Yes, it has deep sea science!

And also lots of anime, illustrations, some politics, and today, breathing through butts.

Highly recommend!

A little late, but I wanted to share this #nokings protest scene from yesterday in little Wickford, Rhode Island!

There were WAY more people than last time; no frogs, but a unicorn, moose, cat, gorilla, and elephant showed up ✊🏼

What could make this cowhide chair better? A couple of horns?

Nah, go big or go home. SIX HORNS.

Wait a sec...don't let those hooves go to waste!

And a little fringe to make it fancy

Narragansett Bay outline - dark blue
Islands - green
Ponds & rivers - light blue
Bridges & lighthouses - red

Of course I can’t find a photo of the final version but here are a few of the layers — on top is the outline of Narragansett Bay, below that is outlines of islands, and below that is ponds & rivers (there is also a lighthouses & bridges layer).
