GDrive > top right gear:
Manage Apps > uncheck Gemini
ALSO
Privacy > Manage Workspace smart feature settings > two Gemini settings, toggle off
(Gemini AI is on by default and it explicity scans and "shares" or "uses" your info and activity across Google products)
