Today I begin the journey of writing a book. 🥳
I was a 22 year old manager w/ an employee who was always late.
I raised it to my Mgr.
Her: "Just give her feedback."
My panic thought: "But HOW?!?!"
And so, I'm writing a book that helps managers w/ the HOW of great feedback convos.

Convicted predators who rape and abuse children shouldn’t qualify for pardon consideration. A president who can’t immediately say “absolutely not” when I asked if he’s considering such a pardon should be hounded out of office.
