Even my firmly conservative friends and coworkers are pissed about the annexation threat, but I did chat with some real live small town Albertans who liked the idea of becoming Americans, because…”lower taxes.” I was shocked.

I will never stop being mad about how the media has treated the anti-trans movement as a group of ordinary people with legitimate concerns rather than the obvious frothing bigots they are.

Very torn. Don’t want to delete Facebook or Instagram because of the very real connections with groups of people and family and friends. Have to ignore the news and stuff they’re trying to push on me. All garbage. Need a better alternative! Friendster?

If anyone is curious, our hail damaged vehicle from the August hail storm is almost fixed. A couple more weeks. Never park at the airport in the summer in Calgary.
