I was just denied entry to the Dilley detention facility while my constituent, seven-year-old Diana, remains inside.

What kind of sick, horrific conditions are children being forced to endure in there?

I will be back tomorrow. Accountability can’t wait.

For those who don't know, Luttig was once considered the intellectual heir to Scalia. He was about as conservative a judge as you could find...
Luttig: It doesn’t matter what the Supreme Court does from this point forward. For two years, the Supreme Court has authorized the absolute lawlessness and unconstitutional activity of this president.

The office of the President of the United States has been vacant since Jan 20th, 2025.

Amendment 14, Section 3 makes that clear. An insurrectionist cannot hold office except by assent of 2/3rds of Congress.

When the office is once again filled, every illegitimate EO & law will be undone.

In just the last four months, federal immigration officers have shot at least nine people across five states and Washington, D.C. This is a national crisis.

ICE shouldn’t be the exception.

Breaking on MS NOW:

Career DOJ prosecutors in both Minnesota and Los Angeles refused to be involved in charging Don Lemon and the other journalists who covered the Minneapolis church protests.

The prosecutors believe the evidence does not support the charges, per @carolleonnig.bsky.social.

Scrolling through the photos of Pam Bondi's "Minnesota rioters," it's just hero after hero. Every photo includes a cowardly DHS agent with their back to the camera.

Bondi thinks she's going to win the propaganda war with this shit, but it's never been more clear that they're losing.

We can't let this bill pass. ICE and Border Patrol are wreaking havoc on our communities. They shouldn't get any taxpayer money to continue arresting U.S. citizens, detaining children, letting people die in their custody, and now killing people in the streets.
