Hey Vance, people in their late 20s & 30s are not kids. Additionally anyone of any age in a leadership position is presumed to be more mature and thoughtful. Your "boys will be boys" is pathetic. And your confession that you're glad you weren't caught on tape at that age doesn't reflect well on you.
