First starter harvest is always a special feeling. I leaf harvest rather than whole plant harvest and that way it is a continuous bounty for months on end. With chard, it can be a couple of years. In the next few weeks, there will be basketfuls of greens at a time. But Nothing will taste this good!

I’ve started showing up for myself my body - at least 2x a week, I hit the treadmill for 20 min intense walk and 30 mins of yoga + a slow grazing breakfast w. Focus on macro nutrient balance, hormone support - supporting my chronic anemia, endo. 2 mths: results have been rapid, physically notable.

Today’s UK parliamentary question time made me weep with homesickness today. I have NEVER seen ALL sides so united, supportive and kind in the house. I wish every USA citizen would watch it and see an example of politics serving the people and serving peace. It is truly moving.
