“ICE needs more training” is an echo of the weak circa 2003 democratic stance that “we need more body armor in Iraq.” It’s a wish washy poll tested bit of pablum meant to appeal to some mythical middle. Like ending the Iraq War the only real position is to abolish ICE.

I just watched a clip from a podcast that Joseph posted on IG. And it pointed out that the show never explicitly identified the Abdin brothers as Palestinian. Never said the word “Palestine” or acknowledged they were wearing keffiyehs the entire time. Just shows how far we still have to go. #tar38
