The way this season is going virg or konate will foul a player in a similar way to how ekitike just got taken out and it will be (rightly) given as a penalty. Because its not enough for us to get incorrect decisions against us. The universe needs to remind us its the incorrect decision.

What a win! Bradley had vini jr in his pocket all game. Szobo excellent with free kicks. Macca brilliant header. Everyone was at the top of their game and we made madrid look like school boys. Courtois was the reason that wasn't 7-0.

Did anyone notice that clothesline on chiesa(?) in the last 15 minutes or so as he was running through on goal? Looked like a potential red but they didnt seem to even look at it and didnt show it again on tv so I dont know.

By my count that was 3 dives from arsenal. One led to a free kick and a booking on Grav and two were ignored. The VAR and commentary even acknowledged two were dives. At some point is the ref going to do his job and book some of their players for diving? I won't hold my breath....

That was a cowardly performance from Saudi Arabia FC, who turned up determined to be physical & not caring if they injured our players. It was aided and abetted by a weak referee persistently kowtowing to the crowd. Delighted to emerge with three points & hopefully no injuries.

There’s going to be a lot of clinical analysis of that game and other games/performances going forward but looking at Mo at the end there we need to acknowledge that these lads are mourning their mate. It’s only been a month or so. Frankly it’s amazing they are out there and performing at all #LFC
