Ah yes, of course, useful for visiting the café & library. As you said though, more needed near the shops. The old ones are still there near Pure Gym, and just around the corner, but there aren’t enough because they’re often full. So some more are needed.

Yes, there are no shops on Kingsway, but there were some put in on the side of Kingsway furthest from the shops. But not on King Street where the shops actually are. Strange.

The problem is that a lot of them are not using e-bikes, but unregistered, unlicensed and therefore illegal electric motorbikes.
And as they’re not classed as employees, not protected by employment laws around health & safety, so there are no checks on their bikes, for either safety or legality.

Not just for over 70s please! I was diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes last year at the age of 58, and I was surprised that I had to report it to the DVLA myself. I did, of course.
And all is not lost - I had a further test, and have a new licence that needs to be renewed every 3 years.

So I had to take 2 buses to get there, via Altrincham. Was suddenly struck by the fact that buses exiting bus station are not prioritised over cars, it’s just a give way to get out, relying on goodwill from car drivers.
These things need sorting.
