I've known this for a long time. Back when he was still on it, the Saturday Kitchen twitter account blocked me because I regularly complained about the way he treated female guests, chucked ingredients he didn't like on the floor etc.

Yes, cold and damp is definitely the worst. It sort of builds up for me which is why today is worse than yesterday despite the weather being better.

Never apologise for things like this. Anyone who has even a tiny bit of knowledge of mental health issues affecting decision making and executive function knows how hard it can be to just do "normal" things.
