Missouri’s referendum on minimum wage and paid sick leave last year won by a margin of 58 to 42 percent statewide. Under a proposal advanced by the GOP, it would have failed because it didn’t win more than 50 percent in every congressional district.

We have many good reasons to not shop at Target but "smile and greet within 10 feet" is not one of them. This has been retail policy for literal decades. Everyone who's worked as a store associate has heard something like this. I think people just like being mad.

Queens of the Dead was SO fun. I was hootin' and hollerin'. katy O'Brian was so good. But there were multiple times Jes and I looked at each other because Dre and Lizzie are us?? (soft butch x blonde nurse married couple in our mid 30s trying to have a baby??) the mortifying ordeal of being seen
