6 months of trying to deal with a legacy lifetime warranty issue on my car. Like I said it’s not the outcome which, isn’t in my favour, but the 6 months it took to arrive at this result! Basically handed off from handler to handler with no care! It is the worst case I’ve dealt with so far.
