I am thinking I have become my old Renault Clio with broken clutch.
Only able to respond to requests for improved performance with mutch horrible noise and not much improvement in output. Only when not coping my life long trauma induced strategy to put foot down hard on accelerator and keep going

GP also would not have written very pleasant letter saying in effect please help me this woman won't leave my room after much longer than Wes allows.

CMHT appointment with known professional a week on Tuesday .Obviously recognise burnout is one issue. If it was just this my very own personal crisis team of Clipper Dave and the big kids would not be beyond ability to do more than try to maintain current position.

Now waiting for CMHT appointment which may well lead to assessment I am now too distressed to be able to benefit from psychologist at current time.

Extreme childhood trauma due to complex bereavement recently triggered by bereavement in the family and media. On waiting list for specialist clinical psychologist. Have now stretched ability of GP to contain my trauma while waiting.

They certainly are disputing the reality of schizophrenia and other mental illnesses when they insist these are normal reactions to life events.
Ignoring genetics and intergenerational mental illness does not help patients who are struggling.

The nearest development to where we live in Tower Hamlets one of earlier ones is becoming best known for fires in flats.

It used to be restaurants but now perhaps a weekly pop up van .Times are tough for businesses who try to make profits in these spaces.

Sadly this is repeated across East and it appears South London. Dave my husband and myself have a special interest in visiting very lovely coffee shops whilst feeling bad they are set up to justify management fees etc .
