Rice in an omelette is heaven. My favourite additions? Chorizo crumb, grated cheddar and mozzarella, then slather it with Cholula chipotle hot sauce. God damn.

Took this photo last week. Nearly 20 years I’ve been crossing this bridge and I still find it fascinating seeing the low and high tides. I love that the water can be this low, but on a high spring tide it can be lapping the steps of The White Cross pub you can see in the background.

He also looks just like that guy Kieran from Traitors S1 who ruined the final because he got the hump about being recruited.
