I don’t know who needs to hear this, but remember to take a little time for self care even if it feels like the world is burning down around you. Go for a walk. Lift weights. Meditate. Do whatever it takes to keep them from breaking you.

The deep irony of course being that X was one of the most most significant tools of propaganda last year. Not enough people talking about "The Art of The Surge" as highly produced, pure, unadulterated propagandistic TV that co-opts documentary aesthetics to create the appearance of objectivity.
it’s becoming increasingly clear the goal of the far right is to defund and buy up every source of reliable information until there is no more objective reality to counter them
