自宅や自然の中で独り仕事をすると、ほとんど他者を気にすることがないので内臓にも意識を向けて観察や読み書きができる。特に観察は内臓を使わないとダメ。観察は、自分の生理的な振動子と対象の振動子を比較し合わせに行く過程が含まれるから。組織のリズムに絡め取られるとこれはむずかしい。

Hermit crabs are known to use their shells for dynamic touch,
sensing their surroundings through bodily contact with the shell.
