99.4% of new drugs approved by the FDA are the product of NIH funded research.
Remember this every time you see another headline on the NIH funding cuts.
It will directly impact YOU.

ICYMI: DOGE signed an agreement with Louis DeJoy to slash 10,000 jobs from the already-understaffed USPS.

The USPS is the nation’s lifeline, ensuring delivery to every corner of the country.

We cannot allow it to be dismantled, sold off, and handed over to billionaires for profit.

This is the end of the American experiment. History will not be kind to us. Nor should it.
“One young man sobbed when a guard pushed him to the floor. He said, ‘I’m not a gang member. I’m gay. I’m a barber.’ I believed him. *** He “began to whimper,” as his head was roughly shaved, “folding his hands in prayer as his hair fell.” He “asked for his mother & cried as he was slapped again.”

The FBI is trying to criminalize Habitat for Humanity for receiving climate grants from the EPA.

Yes, the nonprofit that builds houses for low-income people.

This clearly demonstrates just how absurd and extreme the Trump regime has become.
It's targeted harassment.

I'm at a meeting at my public library. It is a community garden orientation, and plots are very cheap. Volunteer hours are used for maintenance and growing food for soup kitchens and the community. The org is supported by a local non profit.

This is one of many things public libraries do. Fund them

60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, struggling every day to keep their families going.

The result: working class people die 7 years earlier than the rich.

We need an economy that works for all, not just the few.
