Airlines were instrumental in pressuring the CDC to reduce COVID isolation. It was hurting their bottom line.
This is a workers rights issue. People need to be able to stay home when sick. Doctors are overwhelmed and shouldn't have to provide a certificate for every positive test.

The GOP has released its list of 12 priority bills. Among them is a “protection” for infants “born alive” after abortion. It’s important to understand that what these laws (which exist in multiple states already) actually do is prohibit palliative care for very sick and dying newborns.
