Reminds me of former Australian Prime Minister, Tony Abbott who, when he was a cop rounded up some aboriginal youth, threw them in a bull wagon with no seat belts and took them for a rough ride out of town late at night and dumped them on a dirt road with no shoes.

That's an easy $1400 paycheck. $200/mile for making someone stranded and have to walk. He'll likely get more with the additional mistreating of him but that's the mandatory minimum.
