A Georgetown University researcher arrested in March by masked ICE agents outside his Virginia home can remain free while he fights his deportation, a federal appeals court has ruled.
Appeals court allows Georgetown researcher, previously detained by ICE, to remain free
The two judges in the majority found no grounds to disturb a lower-court judge’s ruling freeing Badar Khan Suri from detention in Texas.

There was that part at the end.. “Liberty and Justice for all.”

The Hungarian government is about to pass a law that will allow it to destroy the tiny online outlets that represent the last vestiges of independent Hungarian press
