Action Steps:

Everyone: Call your House Reps and urge them to vote no.

Trans folks: Please, please, please, take care of yourselves on Wednesday and Thursday especially. Don't let the hate sink in. Stay strong, stay in community, and remember that we can do this.

"The President used to be savvy enough not to publicly take credit for the tragic double murder of the guy who made the Princess Bride and his wife, what happened" is a good off-ramp if people need one!

Also the contrast between her and Nichole's relationships with Rashmi is so night and day different. I originally was sad to see them broken up, but I think a lot of that was just hoping they'd figure out their shit and I think they can do that without getting back together.

Next morning I realized I never got the towel. On the way to go get it, while thinking about how ADHD that was and I should tell that to my therapist since I was working on getting diagnosed, I forgot it again.

Ended up having to repeat "hand towel" to myself so I didn't forget it a third time.

Too real. This happened to me a while back: I got home and washed my hands in the kitchen and remembered I had been putting off replacing the hand towel I threw in the laundry two days prior. I finally went to get a new one and then got distracted myself taking my makeup off since I was right there.

People who argue "who cares it's just for kids" all I can say is fuck right off. Kids deserve thoughtful, well-made movies that challenge them just as much as adults do. Kids aren't stupid, and they remember how movies affect them basically forever.
