Even if the bone spur felon never read any UCMJ provision or articles, I bet he watched A Few Good Men. Downey & Dawson were following an illegal order when the hazed their fellow Marine. They had the option to refuse the order. UCMJ article 90 comes to mind because it interfered with person rights.
The President of the United States just called for my arrest and execution.
