Last time there was a big drive to put SolarPV on schools (2017?) many of them found their business rates went up, negating the benefit. To avoid the rates increase the energy had to be exported to the grid, not used on site to reduce energy costs. Please ensure this is all done better this time!

When was this taken as it is very definitely not the current alignment? Mars & Jupiter are currently well behind Venus & Saturn, and all are setting behind the Sun, not rising directly in front of it.

This is common knowledge around these parts. The chap behind him with “S.A” on his armband worked for Shoreham Airport which was closer to the sea then due to all the Seaplanes. The fearless Flench caught a tow off a Grumman Albatross out to the (now restored) medieval windfarm offshore

We’ve a Tesla Powerwall2 on our house, bought years ago. Installer called me up this week try to sell me a second. It would be a good deal, but I told him no, won’t buy another Tesla product. He said that a lot of folk are saying the same. He’s sitting on a stack of cancelled stock.

Got to love a buggy, but not the 6v lights! I just checked and TGP46 shows as last taxed in 1978!

I bought mine new via an online retailer (DTD) and got a huge deal off vs buying direct - made my ID3 + all options cheaper than a Golf GTD. Also worth noting that they pass it to a fleet dealer so even though I’m a private buyer & reg’d in my name it was logged as a fleet sale, so skews the numbers

…just legislate for the g/km & battery only range to match. High CO2 ICE would need a longer battery-only range, which would likely then be PHEV & encourages consumers to actually use that capability. Allows low CO2 engines to have a smaller battery, maybe not be a PHEV, but is that a problem? [2/2]
