Every year I run a Holidays WishList Request program.
Everyone on the list is multiply marginalized (BIPOC, LGBT+, disabled) with little family.
Some get no presents for holidays.

A surprising side effect of the business @emilyfreeman.bsky.social and I run is that we get a bunch of companies coming to us asking for referrals on great DevRel people they can hire. I know of a few openings at the moment. if you are in DevRel and interested, could you reply to this thread?

A thing that people not yet disabled don't get, is that being disabled is a full time job. Endless paperwork and deadlines and bureaucratic minutia to process and navigate and stress over, etc
