My favorite meal at our local Mexican restaurant is chilaquiles with grilled green peppers and avocado slices, rice and beans. A perfect pescatarian plate.

Today I learned that all of the coffee maker parts are essential. And they must fit together correctly, like a tightly coupled Lincoln Log fortress. That is unless you prefer to have coffee and grounds spread and ready on your coffee bar first thing in the morning.
