So there is no record evidence. There is record evidence of the organizations for which some experts and lawyers work, but the judge goes outside the record to media sources to show these organizations are “Soros-funded.” Who would you even call as a witness to testify on this?

This dissent uses the power of a judicial seat (which is held in trust by its occupant for the benefit of the people) to put the lawyers “on trial” rather than the parties. These lawyers will be in the federal reporter forever as part of a lengthy judicial screed.

My guess is that many agents will live with PTSD for the horrors they are visiting on poor people who just wanted to wash dishes, pick produce, or hang Sheetrock. Many do not yet realize that they are also victims. Cruelty obviously harms its targets, but it slowly corrodes its practitioners, too.

Setting a new standard for “servant leadership” with each passing day. Self-care always descends to the bottom of the pile for him. I hope he manages to carve out some “me time” some day!
