I wouldn't describe it as a superhero game, but Spiritfarer could be worth a look. The Life is Strange games have interesting takes on super powers. And I've been playing Outer Wilds recently which is filled with puzzles and orbital mechanics. Also all of these games may make you cry.

The original post reminded me that I once stayed at a hotel whose restaurant had iPad-based menus that included wine pairing recommendations for everything, including breakfast sides.

When I was served my lawyer left me a message and I went and picked it up from the sheriffs’ office. I told the clerk I was kinda disappointed no one did the fake-flower-delivery because then I’d at least get flowers and she drew me some flowers on scratch paper. I treasure that to this day.

I also feel like someone hammering in a nail perfectly has its own kind of beauty. Going after the carpenters and the mathematicians in one go!
